Shipping Policy

Full Flow Motorsports offers shipping from multiple different transportation companies to ensure safe arrival. Orders over $50 have the option of free economy shipping or you can choose an expedited service at your leisure. Items will not be shipped until payment is cleared. Full Flow Motorsports uses a calculated shipping system that goes by weight and allows us to pass on our shipping discount direct to the customer. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. Free shipping over $50 does not apply to AK/HI/PR residents, although it is not free we offer some of the lowest shipping rates and will be glad to quote your order accordingly.

Once the package departs Full Flow Motorsports warehouse we are not responsible for shipping times/delays/lost or stolen packages. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. If your package is lost in transit and doesn't show delivered we will open an investigation within the carrier. If the shipment is refused you will be charged for original shipping and return shipping. Free shipping only applies to your original order.

Return Policy

Items purchased from Full Flow Motorsports can be returned within 30 days of delivery date. If you have used/installed/altered/modified/welded/etc to any of our parts the return will be denied, only items that are unused and still in original packaging are eligible for returns. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility unless we have sent a product that is defective or wrong. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. International orders are not eligible for returns.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER FROM US TO RETURN.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped there will be a 5% deduction from your total sale price for credit card processing fees. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it for any reason. 

Full Flow Motorsports has the right to cancel any order at any time, if it is cancelled a refund will be sent immediately.
